Welcome to the ongoing running of a small mineral railway in the North of England. The line exists to serve a coal mine and a gas works.

These models are a credit to my partner.
She just expressed an interest and the rest is history.

The management love railbuses. This little fella was built by SWMBO in autumn 2011. Its an IP Engineering kit and it was the devils own job getting it right. But it turned out OK and was a valient effort for her as it was her first go at this sort of kit. The bus will be used for inspections and taking visitors around the line.

Second up and another lovely piece of work is this IOM van from IP Engineering. All I did on this was drill the holes for the choppers.

Also she provided assistance with this IP Engineering MOD brake van including: vice, tools, kettle, pot bellied heater, notepad, frying pan, guards bag and fat cat all made from FIMO

Sat with glasses and magnifier painting some Modeltown figures.... This looks so much like an Irish fella I used to work with!

She spent plenty of time on these HGLW 1' gauge locos too.
Assembly, fabricating the bonnet cover handles, painting, glazing etc. etc.
